SARDIN PUFF

Teringin pulak nak buat sardin puff.. so projek diteruskan awal2 pagi lagi.. pukul 4pagi bangun terus buat. Inilah hasilnya..kerja kerja mambakoo selesai jam 6.30pagi..boleh makan untuk breakfast

jom share sama2 resepinya..


Sardin Pufff


BAHAN INTI 
1 tin =425g sardine asingkan sosnya
1 ulas bawang putih, cincang halus
1 biji bawang merah,cincang
2 camca besar serbuk cili 
3 camca besar cili kering yang dikisar- boleh tambah kalau suka pedas
1 paket kecil = 25g serbuk kari daging
Asam jawa, perah jusnya- agak2 secukup rasa 
4 biji ubi kentang di potong dadu

BAHAN LAIN :-)
1 pack kulit puff pastry jenama "Kawan" berukuran 4 inci x 4 inci (ada 10 keping)
1 merah telur + pewarna kuning telur = kacau rata


CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)

  1. UNTUK INTI:- Ikan sardine tadi dihancurkan. Panaskan sedikit minyak, tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, paste serbuk kari daging, serbuk cili dan cili kisar hingga garing. Masukkan garam halus,jus asam jawa  Kacau rata, masukkan ubi kentang.gunakan api sederhana dan gaul. Masak sekejap, angkat dan biarkan sejuk sebelum digunakan.
  2. Keluarkan puff pastry dari freezer dan biar sekejap dalam 10 - 15 minit. Ambil 1 keping puff pastry, kerat dua, satu bahagian dikelar2 seperti dalam gambar. Bahagian satu lagi letakkan inti sardine. Tutup dengan bahagian berkelar, tekan tepi2nya dengan garfu. Buat kaedah sama untuk baki pastry.
  3. Susun dalam loyang yang telah dilenser dengan sedikit mentega. Sapu kuning telur.Bakar pada suhu 190C selama 20 - 25 minit atau hingga kuning keemasan.Sejukkan atas jaringan sebelum dihidangkan...

BATIK CAKE LANGKAWI STYLE

Easy way to satisfy a chocolate craving. Quicker than brownies, double the fudginess.
Recipe type: Dessert
Serves: 12 square pieces
INGREDIENTS
  • 125g (4.4oz) Marie biscuits
  • 148g (5.2oz) condensed milk
  • 63g (2.2oz) butter
  • 50g (1.8oz) dark chocolate
  • 4slice cheese
  • 50g Nuttella 
  • 10 spoon horlicks/milk powder+ honey
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Line a 9x5” loaf pan with baking paper. Crush or break the biscuits into roughly 1 inch-size pieces; place into a large mixing bowl. Break the dark chocolate into small pieces; set aside.
  2. Cook & heat the sweetened condensed milk, nuttella,butter a slices cheese and chocolate for about 40 seconds. You also can add horlick or milk powder for more yummy..Stir the mixture. If the mixture still contains chunks, reheat in the pan stir for another 10 seconds. Stir again until everything has melted into a smooth mixture.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the mixing bowl containing the biscuits. Stir to coat the biscuits evenly. Transfer the mixture into the prepared tin. Place a piece of baking paper on top and press down to compact the mixture and smooth the surface.
  4. Place the tin (together with the paper on top) into the refrigerator to chill for 2 to 4 hours, or until the mixture has set.

Ready to serve & enjoy the delicious batik cake..
